Trait approach-特征法

Trait approach assumes that “natural leaders” possessed traits that others did not, such as energy, intuition and persuasiveness.

Emotional stability and composure 情緒穩(wěn)定及鎮(zhèn)定: Calm, confident and predictable, particularly when under stress

Admitting error 承認(rèn)錯(cuò)誤 : Owning up to mistakes, rather than putting energy into covering up

Good interpersonal skills 良好的人際交往能力: Able to communicate and persuade others without resorting to negative or coercive tactics

Intellectual breadth 知識(shí)的廣度: Able to understand a wide range of areas, rather than having a narrow （and narrowminded） area of expertise
