Offer-建議書

Definition:

An offer is the first important phase of an agreement. Only an offer may be accepted.

An offer is “a promise to be bound on particular terms.” Offers must be specific in contents and indicate the intention of the offeror to be bound by these terms.

A definite offer does not have to be made to a particular person, although for most of the times, an offer is directed towards one or more specific persons.

The person making the offer is known as the offeror, and person in receipt of an offer is known as the offeree.
