? At the initial period of the project, Projects need funds to finance the level of working capital required.

? From the period 1 to the period N-1, the relevant cash flows are the incremental cash flows from one year’s requirement to the next.

? At the end of the project, the full amount invested (the working capital of the period N-1) will be released.
